2. Public Hearing to consider approving compensation increases for Executive Municipal Officers as contained in the Tentative Annual Budget entitled “The Tremonton City Annual Implementation Budget 2024-2025 (General Fund, Capital Fund(s), Enterprise Fund(s), and Special Fund(s)”, for the period commencing July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025

- Discussion and consideration of adopting Resolution No. 24-23 adopting the Tentative Annual Budget entitled “The Tremonton City Annual Implementation Budget 2024-2025 (General Fund, Capital Fund(s), Enterprise Fund(s), and Special Fund(s)”, for the period commencing July 1, 2024 and ending June 30, 2025
- Discussion and Consideration of adopting Resolution No. 24-24 adopting the revised Compensation and Classification Plan
- Discussion and consideration of adopting Resolution No. 24-25 awarding the 2024 1000 north road construction widening – phase 2 project to Staker Parsons
- Discussion and Consideration of adopting Resolution No. 24-26 appointing Dustin Cordova as police chief and approving the terms and conditions of a police chief agreement between Tremonton City and Dustin Cordova
- Discussion and consideration of adopting Ordinance No. 24-06 amending zoning district regulations relating to the Rivers Edge Overlay Zone (REOZ) and the Rivers Edge Master Development Agreement to accommodate the recordation of amendments to map 1.12 along with front-yard setback schedule
