DESCRIPTION:Notice of Public Hearing \nThe Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on March 13\, 2018 102 South Tremont Street\, 5:30 p.m.\, or thereafter\, at which time public comment will be heard and consideration given to amending Title I Zoning Ordinance Chapter 1.16 Overlay Zones specifically Tremont Center Mixed Use Overlay Zone Section 1.16.035 to include the following uses; Automobile Sales and Service\, Multi-Family Attached Dwellings\, Dry Cleaning Drop Off\, Car Wash\, and Automobile Fuel Center. It is also proposed to amend Chapter 1.16 adding new sections called Crossroads Ranches Mixed Use Overlay Zone that includes small commercial\, mixed residential\, and recreation facilities\, located approximately 1045 East Main Street.
