Single Family Dwelling Building Permit Costs
Building permit costs will depend on the square footage or valuation of the home to be built and the size of the parcel of property the home will be built on. The cost for a typical building permit for a single family dwelling ranges and can be available upon request (call 435-257-9500). The cost for the building permit includes a plan review, onsite inspections, water and sewer connections, and impact fees.
