Notice of Public Hearing: Fencing Code Amendments

Public Hearing Notice

The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 14, 2026, in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and consideration given to code a request to amend chapters 1.03.005 – Definitions and 1.18.040 – General Fencing Provisions of the Tremonton City Code to clarify the standards for erecting fences within the Tremonton City limits. Prior to the meeting, written comments may be sent to: planningcommission@tremontoncity.gov or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours.
