PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Tremonton City gives notice that on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Tremonton City Civic Center, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah, the Tremonton City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of 3.87 acres of real property, referred to as the Riverfront Annexation, into Tremonton City’s incorporated limits.  The 3.87 acres of real property is located in Box Elder County along the east side of 100 East, south of 1200 South, and along east bank of the Malad River (please see annexation plat). The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.
