The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on April 28, 2026, in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and consideration given to a proposed application of the Single-Family Residential Transition Overlay (found in Chapter 1.16.235) to parcels 05-060-0088 and 05-060-0089, located at 190 S 900 W, Tremonton, Utah. Comments may be submitted to Tiffany Lannefeld at tlannefeld@tremontoncity.gov before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours.
