This is a fun tradition for families getting in the Christmas Spirit.

Community Christmas Party

Kick off the Christmas season right as we celebrate in downtown Tremonton @ Shuman Park. Tree Lighting Ceremony, Kid Favorite Candy Cane Hunt for kids 0-10 years old and a Candy/Prize cannon for ages 11-18. Participate in the Ugly Sweater Contest. Have fun with the crafts, goodies, treats, games, horse drawn carriage rides and lots of Holiday Spirit. Make sure to get your pictures taken with Santa and stick around to meet the Grinch. Santa will arrive for the Festival via the Light Parade. Make sure to shop local this holiday season and pick up your Christmas Passport from the Tremonton City Office or a participating business.

Christmas Light Show

Tremonton Lights: Christmas Light Show starts the day before Thanksgiving and goes through January 1. Thousands of Christmas lights dance to the music and have become a tradition for many families though out the valley. If your family is in town for Thanksgiving, bring them to see the lights as we kick off the Holiday Season. The show starts at 5:30 and ends at midnight everyday from Thanksgiving to New Years with two shows that alternate nightly. Park in the Food Pantry parking lot to watch the show and please turn off your lights to be respectful to others watching with you.

Decoration Contest & Light Tour

Do you have Christmas Spirit? Then show it to the whole city! It’s time for our Holiday Lighting Contest! If you have the most festive house on the block, then we would like to know! You can also nominate someone who you think is worthy. Residents and businesses are invited to enter and show off your community pride and spread cheer throughout the holiday season. It’s also a perfect project for the entire family to enjoy, so, pull out your Santa, sled, reindeer, wreath and, of course, don’t forget the lights!
