Discussion and consideration of adopting Ordinance No. 19-12 creating a new zone district called the Edgewood Overlay Zone and amending the Tremonton City Zoning for four parcels of property (05-043-0070; 05-043-0068; 05-043-0071; and 05-043-0056) that total 34.997 acres more or less be rezoned from Residential RR-1; R1-20; R1-10; and R1-8 to an underlying zone district of Mixed Use (MU) and an overlay zone district of the Edgewood Overlay Zone
