PUBLIC NOTICE

Tremonton City gives notice that on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Tremonton City Civic Center, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah, the Tremonton City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Kokopelli Investments LLC (Tax ID Nos. 05-167-0040, 05-167-0003, 05-167-0044) being 62.85 acres in size. Consideration of zoning the property will also be considered as part of the public hearing. The applicant has requested zoning the property Mixed Use (MU). The property is located at approximately 1150 E. Main Street. The complete legal description and plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah during regular business hours. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.
