a. To receive public input regarding proposed amendments, Title I Zoning Ordinance amendments, Chapter 1.03 Definitions Automobile/Implement Sales Area; Chapter 1.08 Automobile/Implement Sales/Service as a permitted use and language corrections; Chapter 1.17 Off Street Parking Regulations exempting Automobile/Implement sales area parking lots from landscape islands; Chapter 1.18 Landscaping, Buffering, and Fencing Regulations amending buffer widths between adjacent land uses and language corrections; Chapter 1.19 Supplementary Regulations relocating Towing and Impound Yards from Chapter 1.08. Title II Subdivision Ordinance amending language of Notary Acknowledgments, lots with double street frontage, and fencing from canals and railroad.

4. New Business:

a.
