a. To receive public input on rezoning property located at 1729 East Main Street, and known as the Kaneko Minor Subdivision. It is proposed to change the zoning from Commercial Highway (CH) to Residential R1-20.
b. To receive public input on removing the term Land Use Authority Board (LUAB) and adding Development Review Committee (DRC) within the city Zoning and Land Use Code.
4. New Business:
