The Tremonton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on November 18, 2025 in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and consideration given to a proposed rezoning from R1-12 to R1-10 for the Overlook Development, parcels 06-059-0082 and 05-175-0030 at approximately 3700 W 1000 N, Tremonton, Utah. Comments may be submitted to Cynthia Nelson at cnelson@tremontoncity.gov before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours.
