Notice of Public Hearing: Amending the City’s Land Use Code

Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that the Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on May 14, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337. At which time, public comment will be heard and considered regarding amendments to the City’s Land Use Code, including, but not limited to, amending Title I Chapter 1.03 Definitions. The purpose of these proposed amendments is to alter the definition of “Public Park” and creating the definition of “Community Gathering Area.”
Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to submit written comments to Cynthia Nelson at cnelson@tremontoncity.com before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours.
