Public Hearing Notice

Notice is hereby given that Tremonton City will hold a public hearing on January 20, 2026 at approximately 7:00 p.m. in the City Offices at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments in considering amending the Budget entitled “The Tremonton City Annual Implementation Budget 2025-2026 General Fund, Capital Fund(s), Enterprise Fund(s), and Special Fund(s)”, for the period commencing July 1, 2025 and ending June 30, 2026.

A copy of the proposed budget will be on file for public inspection on January 12, 2026 in the City Office, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337. Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing to make comment or to file written comments, before January 19, 2026, with the Tremonton City Recorder regarding adoption of the amended budget.
