Discussion/Public Hearing/Decision – Buchanan Estates Rezone: Request to amend the existing R1-10/RM-16 split-zone designation on an approximately 36.29-acre parcel by extending the boundary of the approximately 3.57-acre RM-16 portion of the property to the parcel’s northern boundary. The property is identified by parcel number 05-173-0044 and is located approximately at the terminus of North 1650 West in Tremonton City.
