PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: LB Land Holdings Annexation
Tremonton City gives notice that on Tuesday, April 29, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Tremonton City Civic Center, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah, the Tremonton City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of 200.78 acres of real property, referred to as the LB Land Holdings Annexation, into Tremonton City’s incorporated limits. The 200.78 acres of real property is located in Box Elder County along 6800 West from 10200 North to 9600 North (please see attached annexation plat). The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.
