Public Hearing Notice

The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on June 23, 2026, in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comments will be heard and consideration given to amend the existing R1-10/RM-16 split-zone designation on an approximately 36.29-acre parcel by extending the boundary of the approximately 3.57-acre RM-16 portion of the property to the parcel’s northern boundary, and by amending the remainder of the property from R1-10 to RM-8. The property is identified by parcel number 05-173-0044 and is located approximately at the terminus of North 1650 West in Tremonton City.
All interested citizens are invited to attend. Prior to the meeting, written comments may be sent to: planningcommission@tremontoncity.gov or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours.
