Notice of Public Hearing: Amending a Land Use Ordinance

The Tremonton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on November 12th, in the Civic Center located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter. At which time, public comment will be heard and considered regarding proposed amendments to Chapter 1.03 Definitions, Chapter 1.04 Land Use and Appeal Authorities, Chapter 1.07 Residential Zone District, Chapter 1.08 Commercial and Industrial Zone Districts, Chapter 1.19 Supplementary Regulations, Chapter 1.21 Accessory Dwelling Units, and Chapter 1.33 Planned Unit Development. Comments may be submitted to Cynthia Nelson at cnelson@tremontoncity.com before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours.
