Notice of Public Hearing: Amending the City’s Revised and Land Use Ordinances

Notice is hereby given that the Tremonton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on September 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter in the Tremonton City Offices located at 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337. At which time, public comment will be heard and considered regarding amendments to the City’s Revised and Land Use Ordinances, including, but not limited to, amending Part 11-360 Sidewalk Regulations and repealing Part 3-970 Main Street Mix of the Revised Ordinances; and amending Chapter 1.27 Sign Permit of the Zoning Ordinance.
Interested persons are invited to appear at the public hearing or to submit written comments to Cynthia Nelson at cnelson@tremontoncity.com before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours.
