PUBLIC NOTICE

Tremonton City gives notice that on Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Tremonton City Civic Center, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah, the Tremonton City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of 132.757 acres of real property, referred to as the Rivers Edge Annexation, into Tremonton City’s incorporated limits. The 132.757 acres of real property is located north of Main Street and south of 600 North, and generally between 950 East and State Road 13 (please see attached annexation plat). A larger version of the Rivers Edge Annexation Plat is available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah during regular business hours. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.
