Tremonton City gives notice that on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. or soon thereafter, at the Tremonton City Civic Center, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah, the Tremonton Planning Commission will hold a public hearing concerning the zoning of the property referred to as the Riverfront Annexation (Tax ID Nos 05-200-0016). The property is located along the east side of 100 East, south of 1200 South, and along the east bank of the Malad River. Comments may be submitted to Tiffany Lannefeld at tlannefeld@tremontoncity.gov before the public hearing or at the Tremonton City Offices, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, Utah 84337, during regular business hours. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration
