NOTICE TITLE: UNCLAIMED EVIDENCE AND PROPERTY

The Tremonton-Garland Police Department is in possession of found and unclaimed property. By law the Tremonton-Garland Police Department is required to notify the general public of the upcoming disposal of unclaimed property. If you believe that an item(s) listed belongs to you, please make an appointment with the Police Department by calling 435-257-9554. The right owner will need to provide proof of ownership. The listed property will be disposed of after nine days of the publication of this notice in accordance with UCA 77-11d-105.
