Request to Bid – Mowing Services

Tremonton City is seeking a qualified Contractor/Company to provide lawn care services for Tremonton City’s properties. The term of Contractor’s services hereunder shall commence on or about May 8, 2023 and shall continue for an initial period of two (2) seasons, ending on or about November 30, 2025.  At the City’s option, the City and Contractor can renew for additional terms in two (2) year increments.  Award of any contract shall be solely at the Tremonton City Council’s discretion.

Please send or deliver two (2) copies of Statement of Qualifications and Bids in a sealed envelope properly addressed to Tremonton City, care of Linsey Nessen and clearly marked with 1) “Sealed Statement of Qualifications and Bid for Lawn Care Services” and 2) Company’s name and address on the envelope.  Tremonton City will not be responsible for the late delivery of improperly addressed envelopes.  All Statement of Qualifications must be completed in ink or typewritten.  Fax and email copies will not be accepted.  Responses must be received in Tremonton City’s Recorders Office for consideration no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time, Wednesday, April 12, 2023.  All submitted materials by a Contractor become the property of Tremonton City.

Incomplete submissions of Statement of Qualifications and Bids may be rejected.  Tremonton City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all response(s) to this Request for Qualifications and Bids even if all of the stated requirements are met.
